The limited liability company TRANSODA Sp. z o.o. was established on 1 May 2000 as a result of restructuring of the Inowrocław Chemical Plant SODA MĄTWY S.A. and separation of a transport division.
At the beginning the company's activity was limited to maintenance of sidetracks owned by the Inowrocław Chemical Plant SODA MĄTWY S.A. In 2002, having received a licence to transport limestone from Wapienno to Inowrocław-Chemia station, TRANSODA Sp. z o.o. started supplying the basic raw material for soda production by its own means.
External transport developed further when a licence for operating railway transports throughout Poland was obtained, which enabled our company to provide its services on the following routes: to Gdańsk, Jarosław, Tomaszów Mazowiecki or Częstochowa.
On 10 March 2006 TRANSODA Sp. z o.o. acquired a limited liability company JANTRANS JANIKOWO Sp. z o.o. which was in charge of sidetrack maintenance and works transport in JZS JANIKOSODA S.A.
TRANSODA Sp. z o.o. holds ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 certificates. TRANSODA Sp. z o.o. offers: rail freight transport, traction services, rental of rail carriages, sidetrack maintenance, heavy equipment services and periodic overhauls and repairs of freight wagons.
